Our T-shirt Printing Process
Sublistatic T-shirt Printing
Sublistatic Printing is one of the most reliable techniques where design is printed on a speciality paper and then transfer the design from paper to fabric with the help of heat and pressure.
***It doesn’t require any minimum quantity and can be full solid or gradient color.
Plastisol Screen Print Transfer
Plastisol screen print is similar to the old screen printing method. In this method, we create screens but instead of printing it directly on the garment, we print the design on a special paper and then passed through a specialty dryer where the ink is heated until it has gelled. After that, the ink is released on the paper with the help of heat and firm pressure.
***It requires minimum 10 quantity & only solid colors can be printed
